Important information

Singapore Zoo is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with last admission 30 minutes before closing.
Present a smartphone ticket and valid ID at the venue.
The last tram from Tram Station 1 departs at 5:30 PM.
Wheelchairs are available to rent free of charge but must be folded before boarding the tram.

Pets and plants are not permitted inside the park.
The sea lion and penguin habitats are closed for renovation until 2027; Splash Safari presentations are scheduled at the Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre.
