Important information

Children must be at least 6 years old and 110 cm tall to ride the Luge alone.
Guests must be at least 135 cm tall to ride the Skyride alone; the minimum accompanied height is 85 cm.
Online vouchers can only be redeemed 24 hours after purchase, with a 30-minute grace period for the selected redemption time.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

The Luge and Skyride are not recommended for pregnant guests or those with medical conditions that may increase the risk of injury.
Tickets cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
